In the results of the Local Government Institutional Capacity Assessment (LISA) conducted by the Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration for the fiscal year 2079/080, Nilakantha Municipality, Dhading, succeeded in securing first place with 92.5 marks, Tilotma Municipality of Rupandehi succeeded in securing second place with 92 marks, and Ratnanagar Municipality of Chitwan succeeded in securing third place with 91.5 marks, and heartily congratulated and wished further success.
